When you are starting a practice, your website needs to build trust fast, guide the right visitors to the right place, and make it easy to take the next step. And Dr. Sara Liebert had to do that twice—for each half of her target market.
Dr. Sara Liebert is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist based in New York City. She specializes in forensic evaluation, risk assessment, and evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. As she prepared to establish Liebert Psychological Services, she needed a website that could support awareness, referrals, and appointment requests without adding extra admin work to her day.
She initially went the DIY route and chose Squarespace, but it could not support the customizable functionality she needed. With two clear audiences, clinical patients in NYC and attorneys nationally (with an emphasis on the tri-state area), the site needed to speak to both without confusing either one. She realized a digital agency partner was needed to build not just a site, but a sales engine.
After meeting with several companies, she chose e9digital. Conrad Strabone, our Founder and Chief Client Happiness Officer, showed up with a plan, asked the right questions, and brought real confidence to the process. Our team was excited to apply what we have learned building websites for service-based professionals, including child advocacy attorney services and a marriage and family therapy practice.
“Conrad had more of a plan than any other company I met with.” — Dr. Sara Liebert | Liebert Psychological Services
A well-designed user interface (UI) can increase a website’s conversion rate by up to 200%
We started with UX because this site needed to work for two audiences on day one. The structure keeps navigation intentionally lean, so visitors stay focused. Our website designer utilized e9digital’s best practices through:
- Clickable logo returns users to the homepage from anywhere
- Simple navigation keeps attention on scheduling
- Clear split between Clinical and Forensic services
- Consistent icons and color cues for clarity
- Two primary CTAs: Schedule Appointment and Contact to streamline lead generation

The design uses subdued earth tones, clean spacing, and short sections of copy to keep the experience calm, professional, and easy to scan. We also polished the service page previews so each section feels consistent and purposeful. Clinical and Forensic services are clearly separated so visitors do not have to guess where they belong.
The result is a website that feels steady and credible while guiding visitors toward action.
Simplified scheduling with a direct Zocdoc integration
As technology advances, people will choose providers that give them the easiest appointment booking options—72% of millennials and Gen Z prefer to schedule a doctor’s appointment online or via an app.
Dr. Liebert needed an automated system to appeal to her clients and decrease time spent on administrative work scheduling sessions. We helped her set up a Zocdoc integration. New and returning clients can go to the site, click “Schedule Appointment,” and they have the option to choose a meeting time from Dr. Liebert’s calendar. This way, she doesn’t have to go back and forth over email to find a time for a session.
Of course, there is a simple “appointment request form” if a client wants to reach out and communicate with Dr. Liebert directly. With both options, no potential leads fall through the cracks.
“I’m very happy with my new site from e9digital. They were able to put something together that came out really great.” — Dr. Sara Liebert | Liebert Psychological Services
Liebert Psychological Services is a strong example of what happens when strategy and design work together: a calm and professional visual system and calls to action that move her two unique target markets forward.
